Vicky当时给我的感觉是个比较内向的一个人。当我给她排课的时候，也遇到了和老师的搭配不好有点泄气的时候。她也没有足够的信心去继续学习英语。后来经过和她谈心后安排了KC老师后，她摆脱了开口难的问题。每堂课都做好了充分的课前准备，在课堂上通过老师的引导，她的表达也越来越顺了，课后也积极的去复习。自信也慢慢的树立起来了。现在去回听Vicky刚开始上课和现在的上课录音时，不得不感叹这个惊人的进步。现在Vicky在一家外企找到了非常满意的工作，我也祝福她的事业蒸蒸日上！

I am very glad to hear that.I am very proud of her. For several months of studying in Spiiker, her improvement has been evident. This is because of her will and eagerness to improve. I remember the first time we talked, she was shy and she couldn't even express herself well. She told me she needs to improve in English because she wants to find a satisfying job.

As time goes by, she becomes more and more confident to speak. I noticed her determination to really improve herself. There were times that she's having difficulty to express what's on her mind but gradually, she's able to improve her communication skills. She never fails to prepare for the class and study by herself when she has free time. She exerted an effort and invested hard-work. Finally, she was able to reach her goal and because of her big improvement she found a satisfying job.
